Just spent ages getting my lighting right and doing test renders at 800x800. Then when I increased to 1200x1200 to do the final render, the lighting looks much darker! Why is that?

Oops! sorry. False alarm.
I had knocked the gamma down to 1 somehow. (I hate the way my gamma keeps changing from 2.2 where I set it, to 1..)
LOL Humm mine is set to 2.20 ON all the time and only changes when I change it.

Szark, I was going to ask you how that impacts the HD characters, if at all?
I don't have any HD characters at all but Gamma Correction is for surfaces not geometry so no it will not have an negative impact
