White Wedding by PandyGirl and WildDesigns - support?

I just tried using this today, and none of the materials will load - "an error occurred while reading this file, see the log file for more details"

Checking the log, I see this:

2020-09-17 12:27:49.980 Invalid hierarchy for selected node(s) and "preset_hierarchical_material" type; no root(s) found.

There is no ReadMe for this product, and no contact info. Has anyone else seen this or have an idea what it might mean, or how to resolve it? Or hwo to contact the creators?

One thing I see that's wrong in the .DUF for the material is that the path is incorrect in the ID:
"id" : "/People/Genesis%208%20Female/Clothing/PandyGirl/White%20Wedding/Iray%20Materials/WW%2003%20Gown%20with%20Buttons.duf",

This actually installs to /People/Genesis%208%20Female/Clothing/PGWD/White%20Wedding/Iray%20Materials/WW%2003%20Gown%20with%20Buttons.duf ; chaging this to the correct path doesn't make a difference, though.

The veil in the same set loads materials correctly.

Do you have the outfit selected or the figure wearing it selected when you apply the preset?  If it's a hierarchical material preset you need the figure selected.
