Possible to convert Pose Controls to "normal" bones?

Is there a tool to convert poses made with Pose Controls into "normal" bones?

When I save my custom poses and includes pose controls, it take several minutes for the pose to apply. Pose sets you buy apparently never have pose controls and loads much faster. What should I do?

Edit>Figure>Bake to Transforms will turn pose controls into bone transforms.
