Looking for hologram texture for V4 Bodysuit (like Cortana from Halo)

Does anyone know if there is a texture for the V4 bodysuit (or other props) that will make it appear like a glowing hologram outfit/bikini, similar to the Cortana character from Halo?

I've seen the Sykla Scout but I was hoping for something closer to a circuitry-style outfit.

Thanks, though that thread is more about making the whole character look holographic.

I'm just looking for an outfit/bikini that does :)
