[resolved] Crashing the Platinum Club...Expired Membership Still Active!

So...my Platinum Membership expired on September 02, 2020. But it is still showing as 'active' and I can access all the Platinum stuff - discounts, freebies, forum, etc.

I mean I don't mind staying a member for free but I don't think that's supposed to happen! =) Or is it? I'd be totally happy if I was randomly granted free membership (beyond that three month freebie!).

Just wondering if I have to file a support ticket or I missed that I received some special offer or something.

Didn't really want to pick on you but you've been so helpful with my other issues in the past...=) Would you be able to assist me with the above issue? (or point me to who can)

[update] I've submitted a ticket to sales so we'll see what happens.

[update 2] Sales support was very helpful. Issue has now been resolved.
