Good Animate2 Tutorials?

I'm trying to dive deeper into Animate, but have yet to find good tutorials online. I've read the GoFigure documentation and that's a help, but not like a step by step tutorial. My basic quandary is how to adjust an aniblock…say a walk cycle. Some things can be adjusted with a subtract, and others with a Level of the main track. But it's hit or miss for me. I can't seem to get the characters to not walk on their heels. And I can't find a way to adjust Y value so that are, for instance, walking up stairs or an incline. Any good tutorials out there?

The Walk on heals is caused by using a Genesis figure with an Generation 4 AniBlock that fix is to use this from GoFigure as a SubTrack of the figure in use. http://gofigure3d.com/Amm/Genesis-Offset.zip
The Walk up stairs will require you to hand build a AniBlock on your own, you will soon find many stair sets are different and one AniBlock will not work on them all. As for up inclines you use the Foot Offset in AniMate and build a new AniBlock again as the Foot Offset is not key frame set able that I find.
