My smart product is not showing up on the smart content tab.

I have manually downloaded the zip and moved the zip into the downloads folder that is used by install manager (install mananger > downloads). I then opened install manager off line, and installed and re-installed the product a few times.

I normally use install manager on line but not right now because my home internet is down.

It is "temptations and drama for genesis 2 females"

I can find the "on" and "off tears" mats for the tears in the content tab but just can not find the products expressions anywhere in content or especially smart content.

Can you help?

Thanks

yes i definitely see the product in the parameters pane. I just looked at the video of the product demo on the product page and yes it seems like you have to use the parameters pane to use the morphs. I thought it was smart content because of the 'check mark' when I was in 'install manager'

i think you made things clearer for me.

    Thanks a lot.

Yes, most of the morphs you install will not have anything at all in the Content Library or Smart Content tabs — using the dials on the Parameters tab is the right way to use them. Note that this applies to all morphs on Genesis and Genesis2 figures, this set is not special or unusual in the way it works.

One thing that some morph sets have, which you will find in one or the other Content tabs, is a set of master control settings, usually plain "all or nothing" on-off switches. But the parameter dials give you full control of the morphs, letting you select how much of the morph to apply.
