Am starting to do a few renders after finally learning (or sort of learning) how to use DAZ3D.
Still have lots to learn !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Will be putting a few renders up as I go along, so if anyone is interested in some constructive feedback please let me know.

First couple, Snakeman in Supersuit, and a head morph combination using a number of different head morphs by other very talented artists.

Added a head to make the Snakeman look a bit more menacing as well as made the render a bit lighter.
Joe Quicks Alien Force head morphs used as a base along with other head morphs in this render as well as the Alien Snail head render.
Final 3 versions of the Snakeman Supersuit, moving onto another subject after this.
(This was a small series to look at different skins/poses/locations in the same scene.)

Still got lots to learn, have been reading everything I can as well as downloading heaps of tutorials.
Checking out all of the fantastic renders everyone else has been doing has also been a big help in me taking the plunge.

Some Alien Head Portraits, backgrounds by other very talented artists (will do my own when I get good at Carrara !!!!!)
Not sure where the bump map came from on the Gold-head portrait but I think it might be from one of RawArts excellent figures.
Just a quick render this weekend, have been looking at bump map textures on the DAZ3D Spacesuit for M3 with HFS Space System for the background. Will need to try another version with the just released Blue Planet Horizon View !!!!!!!

If anyone is wondering, I am trying to get an artistic render out each time I am doing something, as well as trying to learn something new with each new render.
Hopefully the quality and style of the renders will increase as I go along.
Still experimenting with lighting, I think I have the bump mapping under control now.
Next up, where did that Gargoyle escape to ?
My version of character & Dragon render (did a previous version without lights & shadows, have been exploring this one for about a year now, need to do a similar style/effect but on a lake shoreline) -
Been doing some learning as well as spending on some DAZ goodies.
Still working on my Aliens from Atlantis render but I need to get good enough results out of Carrara first.
In the meantime a render of the Ziva for Aiko 6 wearing the Karuka V4 outfit.
Tree background is a test render I did in Carrara of the excellent Secret Lake item.
CRITTERS !!!!! My favourite subject, just got better with the G2M morphs.
Can't get focused on my Carrara render at the moment, so I thought I would do a character study of the Anubis for Genesis & Genesis2M.
Added some aging and vascularity to both, aged head morphs to both, & SSS on the Genesis figure.
I don't have a favorite as I like both of them.
Postwork was using the Topaz filter in PSPX7.
