Editing strand hair from store

When trying to open strand editor on hair I bought from daz store, I just get pop up telling me I'm not selecting a strand based node. I've tried every part of the hair, the scalp, the hair atached to the scalp and nothing lets me edit it. All I want to do is move some clipping strands that have no morphs or anything to move them.

    what hair are you working with?

    I was trying it with Low Bang Hair for G8M. The bang strands were curling down into the eyes. Also around the ears.

    The SBH editor lets you edit hairs that were created with the SBH editor and are still in SBH form. It doesn't work on dForce hairs, because those are in a different format.

    Is there a way to fix them? Seems like almost all the Dforce hairs have little to no adjustments that help with strands clipping into head.

    Try adjusting the collision settings  in Simulation Settings
