M4 Genitals will not load

I bought the Michael 4 Pro bundle/suite...anyway it came with lots of extras including genitals. I can access the content page with the genitals (an icon of a male with a fig leaf) but I cannot load the to my figure. Every other option on that content page loads, just not the genitals.
There is no error, it just doesn't load and my model has everything correct except a hairy blank space where the genitals should be.
The file path is "MyDaz3d Library/People/Michael 4/Materials/M4 Standard-Res"
This should be correct, since it is where DAZ loaded the materials when I bought the bundle and everything else is working.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You are Trying to LOAD the Texture or SKIN for the Gen's, you first need to load the Gen Figure and then the texture.
The genitals are a separate figure which conforms to the main Michael 4 figure - they should be in the DAZ People figure along with Michael as I recall. They do require separate textures from the figure, so not every character set will support their use.
I have loaded and opened the Michael 4 figure. Like I stated there are other options on that page of textures that load with no issue (Eyes_Blue, !Head_bald etc) so I have the correct figure loaded and open. He loads with the black boxer briefs on and I can remove them using the "!All_Natural" texture on that same content page, however when I try to load the gens they will not load.
The Gens are NOT built in they Must be Loaded just like the M4 Figure, just like was explained.
In the DAZ Studio Content Library Tab>Poser Formats>My DAZ 3D Library>Figures>DAZ People load the GENS with the M4 selected in your Scene Tab.
That did work, thanks for the steps. I was not aware of going through the poser formats path to locate/load content. Much appreciated.
Almost all Generation 4 content was and still is in Poser format unless it states otherwise in the DAZ 3D store. The program DAZ Studio started life as just a poser content render program. Daz Studio only content really took off when DAZ Studio 4+ was released.
That's good to know, I'm definitely new to this. I'll keep that in mind going forward, thanks.
