PC+ sale isn't working right

I'm trying to purchase the PC+ 3 month membership and it's supposed to be 40% off for non-members. I can add the 3 month subscription to my cart, and it will show the discounted price at first, but for grand total it still shows $24.  Am I doing something wrong?
