Pale blue background

Is there anyway to change the way the background renders? It always comes out sky blue and I'd like to change ti to black.

Anyone know how to do that?

    The Viewport Options menu has the set Backgroud color option. The Little 4 line thing is the options menu, most times in the upper right.

    But saving as a PGN file will always save the BG as a alpha trans layer which often displays light blue on screen.
