Hello,
I've been using this product: https://www.daz3d.com/extreme-closeup-smokey-rebel-makeup-for-genesis-3-and-8-female-s
Lately, it generated the odd artifacts shown in my attached image.
Any idea what might be causing that or how to fix?
Thanks!

What character are you using it on?
That would be Pepper G8.

Only way I found to fix it was to do so in post production. That was pretty inconvenient considering how large the area is that's messed up.
I blasted it with light just to be sure it wasn't a weird shadow or something. And it wasn't. It's some kind of error on the surface.
I don't own Pepper, but it looks like there's something wrong with the material not matching the character. LIE make-up can't do that. It just adds a layer on top of the existing layer. It's a PNG that's transparent in the areas where your image shows the face breaking up.
I loaded three of the raccoon-type Smokey Rebel eye shadows and some lips to show it's not the make-up. I doubt it's a problem with Pepper either, though. She's been around for a long time and so has the make-up. Maybe uninstall and reinstall the character?
This worked!
Thank you very much! I appreciate it!!!
