Interactive Tutorials window issue

When I start the either the barefoot dancer or the sci-fi tutorials, the open s with the bottom of the window is not accessible. Since the continue and esc buttons are supposedly located there, I have not been able to continue with the tutorial. I have not been able to move the window up, which would enable me to get to the buttons.

I have found a work around for this issue. I have to rotate my display on my laptop then let it return to landscape mode on its own. Once I am back in landscape mode then the buttons are available.
