DForce stays at 0%

Since I reinstalled DAZ Studio, I can't use Dforce. If I launch a simulation, it stays forever at 0%.

I've no understanding of DForce. When I want to use it, I click on "add Dforce Modifier : dynamic surface"  and then on "simulate". So, it might be that previously I had settngs in place that allowed DForce to work, and that after reinstalling DAZ Studio, I need to put them back in place. 

Any idea of what might be wrong?

There's a button in the simulation pane for resetting dForce settings to their defaults.   What does your advanced tab look like?
