Didn't downloaded or install with DM after purchase...

Anyone else experience this problem?

SOLVED

I bought the same item twice. When I first came to the shop today for some reason I was not logged in,.

I know, it is not supposed to happen but it did.

I have requested a refund from the sales dept.
