Speed Buggy teens' outfits?

I am wondering what outfits would be useful for the three teens pictured in this image, which was from the cartoon series "Speed Buggy"?  Also, what about the goggles for the redhead guy, Tinker?

I already got the hairstyles taken care of, unless there is something better.

I think casual scifi clothing sets might have similar shirts. You might have to do some retexturing to make it look like a cosplay.
