Hi all, If I'm in nthe wrong group, PLEASE let me know.

I bought Norah and I am unable to get her to load. I have manually reinstalled, deleted via DC then reinstalled. Still no Norah. Contest Library shows Norah's various possibilities. 

Is this a problem for the person who created Norah, or somethinhg else.

1) Don't use Word documents to upload things. Everyone doesn't have Word. Use plain text or screen shots in image formats.

2) based on what those show (more complete images would be far more helpful) it appears that either you're trying to open a tutorial video instead of the asset or your installation is well beyond FUBAR.
