Victoria 6 free or not ?

Hi. Today I have received a mail, saying that for a limited time Victoria6+Dson core importer is free. Clicking the link, I realized that only the importer was free, the figure not. Did I missed the offer? I check my mail daily.

If you got the Targeted email you will get the Base free I believe. If you just read about it and did not receive the targeted mail yourself it will not be free. It is only for those that got the email, not for all users.
