[Answered] What's in the "data" folder under "content"? Should I back it up?

I've recently started backing up my Daz content and scene files to a cloud storage service.  Until now, I've only been saving disk images to an external drive without having to worry about size/upload time.  I noticed that under content there is a folder called "data" e.g. in my case F:\DAZ 3D\Studio3\content\data.  Is it advisable to include this directory in my cloud backup plan?  Thank you for your time.

Yes, that's where all the geometry, morph, and UV data is stored.  You also need the Runtime/Textures folder, which is where all the textures are stored.

you can if you know what you are doing just back up your data folders you write your own changes to

the rest can be redownloaded with DIM

mostly those are under your username under morphs in the base figure if you add any in morphloader for example (easily searchable by your name)
