Daz no longer opens?

Hey guys,

So I justed updated my Intel graphics driver and ever since Daz has refused to open.

At first I'd recieve a basic error message, however after reading through forums the only solution I could find was to delete the dll file associated with the issue. I did exactly that, and now Daz simply won't open at all. Not even an error message. I've tried re-installing and restarting, nothing!

Any suggestions? Thanks

  • What .dll did you remove? Deleting stuff should be approached with circumspection, and with a plan for backing out if it doesn't help.

    Agreed, I've been stressed out.

    igdrclneo64.dll

  • try reinstalling the driver, assuming that is where the file comes from, then take a screen shot of the error message if it returns. Some of the Intel drivers do seem to give issues, I'm not sure there is a general fix.

Is it safe to un-install and re-install my Intel graphics driver?

  • The file came from System32/driverstore/filerepository etc

It should be, yes - the code should be written to cope with missing files.

    No luck.

Now I can't even import a video indo Adobe Premiere without the program crashing. Something is seriously up with my graphics card, should I call IT support?

  • If it's affecting multiple applications then yes, I think you need to contact support.
