How to lock up two figures nodes?

Just want to know how I can lock up two nodes, so when I move one node, the other will follow

to be more exact: I want to lock the hands of a man figure. I know how to put a handcuff on his hands, but I don't know how I can put a chain to link them up (I only know how to attach the chain to one of the handcuff but not both)
