Evaleene Outfit for G2F, Skirt Only Mod?

My initial thought is that I may be able to make the top part of that dress opaque, then use a different top with that skirt.

However, I do have some doubts. Would that be a Opacity map, or a simple making the top parts opaque?
Or is there a skirt for G2F without a dress-top attached already out there (length and flair the same)?

If you're asking this, you probably can't just hide the corset parts... There is that new Bow Skirt for A6, but I don't know if you can hide the blouse: http://www.daz3d.com/bow-skirt-for-genesis-2-female-s. Have you checked Wilmap's stuff? She has several skirts.

Actually, I'm asking because I have not spent the funds for the thing (yet possibly), and was thinking some one else may have.

As for your other suggestion, yes there is the 'Short Skirt' set. It 'drapes' more like a bell then flair out like that. I didn't notice any other G2F knee-length stuff that was just the skirt.

Flirty Summer for G2F, may be another possibility, assuming that flair morph is not just a bottom edge adjustment. And the length morph actually goes a bit further then the preview-pic.

And I was looking for a single layer of cloth skirt. Tho if there is a separate opacity of the outer-layer of that Bow-dress, hmm.
