Twin sisters with the same skin maps = saved VRAM?

Hi all,
If I render twin sisters that have the same skin texture maps, but slightly edited surfaces numbers (e.g. translucency weight), does Daz Studio/Iray send only one copy of the textures to the GPU, or does it send two copies?

If you are using Daz Studio 4.10.x or earlier, it will use more vram. If you are using Daz Studio 4.11 and up, you will save on vram because of the improvements Nvidia has made to Iray.
