How to save Render Pose?

In the render tab I pose the character the way I want it, and I'd like to save that pose so that when I open that scene again it will be in that exact pose I tweaked before the render. Currently, when I re-open scene it reverts to the pose it had before I changed it in render.

    Many options
Save As> Scene will save everything as it is
Save As> Scene Subset will allow you to pick which things to save
Save As> Pose Preset with the figure selected in the Scene Tab will just save the pose on the figure...
    All in the File Menu.

Is it the pose that changes or the camera position? The Perspective view is not a real camera and doesn't get saved with the scene -- if that's the issue, you need to create a new camera with the second option, Apply Current Viewport Transforms, selected, and view through that camera.

And how to bring that pose back when I re-open the file?

Most likely it's the camera position. Thanks fixmypcmike.
