Oracle Armor for G8 Female helm

Seem to having an issue with the held from the Oracle Armor for Genesis 8 Female. It doesn't want to accept any of the materials. Everything else will accept materials just not the helm. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The product description says there are hieracical material presets for the whole set. Have you tried selecting the character instead of the helmet when you apply the material?
