Why is DS 64-bit closing directly after opening?

I have been haveing issues with Daz for a little while now and decided to see if unistalling and reinstalling would help. After several hours of fighting with Daz Central and trying to uninstall I finally seemed to get everything uninstalled. I had difficulty reinstalling Daz then, now that it is installed it closes right after opening. How do I fix this issue. My OS is Win 10 64-bit and I have a GTX 1080 video card. I have unistalled and reinstalled the software already also.

Check the log file:
%AppData%/daz 3d/studio4/log.txt
(just paste that into the address bar of a file browser window). The last few lines may help to identify the issue.
I did what you suggested but I don't know what I am looking at, can you please help. These are the last lines that have a warning on them. The last two lines say the Metadata update succeeded, then Executaing startup script... The following are the lines directly before that.

The following lines would be:
Do you in fact have a start up script set? Which driver version are you using for your card? Do you have an Intel CPU with its own graphics chip as well as the nVidia card?
I do not have any start up script set. I have the latest driver for my graphics card and I do have an Intel CPU with my NVIDIA as display adapters.
which is that? it should be listed via the nVidia Control panel, which can be launched from a right-click on the desktop.
Does that mean you do or don't have a GPU on the CPU, as well as the nVidia GPU? If you do then use the nVidia Control Panel to make sure that DS is set to use the nVidia.
GeForce Game Ready driver Version 451.67 Release 07/09/2020
I checked and I am only using the NVIDIA driver.
You might try using DDU to uninstall the driver, then reinstall - sometimes an update goes awry.
I just tried the DDU. Mild improvement, I can now close the pop-up the opens when Daz opens, but is still closes in about 10-15 seconds. Any other suggestions?
@hmurrell729
You might try going back to Nvidia driver 445.87. I don't have any issues with Studio 4.12.1.117 or 4.12.2.6 and my RTX 2080 Super.
I tried installing an older driver that didn't work either. I am using a studio driver for NVIDIA that's for grapic design and still nothing. The popup at the start of Daz works, it launches my web browser also the user guide but then shuts down. I have tries uninstalling Daz and Daz Central then reinstalling. I am at a loss.
You need to file a ticket. I think they're going to tell you the install is FUBAR and you to uninstall to zero and then do a full reinstall but they'll have to walk you through that.
What pop-up is that? You didn't mention it in your previous psots.
It's the default pop-up with the quick links to things like the user manual and shop and the interactive tutorial. I never turned it off.
I put a ticket in of friday and I am still waiting. I am probably going to put another ticket in tonight if I don't hear anything soon.
I did a complete uninstall, deleted eveything, then reinstalled and eveything seems to be working again. Thanks to everyone for your help and infromation, I have learned a lot more about this bit of software.
Incomplete uninstalls and reinstalls are one of the surest ways to foul things up.
Technical support is very busy, I think - I have tickets not yet replied to from at least a week ago (but they were less serious matters).
