Copyright Question: Rendered images in App Icons?

Hi,
I've read the DAZ EULA and I understand that rendered images can be used without an extra license.
I'm thinking about creating a few apps for Google Play and the Apple App Store.
My question is: Can rendered images be used in App Icons and other logos?
Thanks.

Yes, without any problem, unless the content used has a "non commercial clause", which most freebees do have. 99,9% of all content bought here is good to go (there is one item AFAIK that can't be used, an old one, copyright issues for some reason).
What you cannot do is embed meshes or textures into the shipping game (without a gaming license from the vendor(s) in question.
Thanks Totte.
One more question.
Is something like this: Explosive Packs covered by the same EULA? Since it's a product that's not from DAZ 3D. I can't find any other license description for this product.
Yes, but if you want to use the mesh and textures in a 3D game, you need a special Game License from that PA too, but for a render the same applies to all items sold on the DAZ Store.
Yes the EULA covers all content sold through the DAZ 3D store
Thanks to Totte and chohole for the replies. It cleared things up for me.
