Discount not applied at checkout

I added "Ensley HD & Expressions HD for Genesis 8 Female" into my cart which is 55% off however at checkout it is still full price.

Whats happening?

Yeah I am getting that for 2 things I tried to buy too. They really love to keep up a banner for these flash sales then not honor them even tho the banner is still active. Dont help that they make you babysit the site rather than tell everyone that a sale is happening. I dont have time to check every 4 hours. Really starting to think they have something against earning money.
