DAZ install manager

Hi

I'm trying to move my insulation to a new PC without the redownloading so I move my packages from the download file on the old machine to the new machine. Usually this works just fine but I must corrupted  something when I tried to rewrite my old poser stuff over the installation..\ it says I have 250 install products and only 2 that need to be installed from the download folder. even though the download folder has about 20 more gigabytes of content in standard DAZ format. for some reason it's just not seeing the install packages or it thinks it's installed it already. Is there something I can delete some sort of preference file that may have gotten corrupted so I can just reinstall everything from the download folder?

DIM knows what is already installed thanks to the "manifest" files it creates each time it installs a product. Removing the manifest files should make it reinstall everything. 
(The path to the Manifest folder is setup in DIM preferences)
