Issues with Gen x 2 and 3 installation...

Hello everyone, I recently purchased the Gen x 2 and Gen x 3 pluginswhat does studio 4.12 does not seem to recognize them. I have tried installing them pretty much every way possible... Uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. The plugins are not listed amongst my registered plugins list... I'm search the internet and these forums for solutions but none of the responses others were given has helped my particular issue. I have put in a ticket with das tech support but no response as of yet... If anyone elves has had or have this problem I am very interested and how you solved it... I am on a Windows 10 PC thank you everyone and I appreciate your attention.
