My Content Library is not showing anything of my products

I recently reinstalled and redownloaded DAZ 3d on my D-Drive to make the most of storage space.  All of my smart content is showing up, but in my content tab there is a bunch of different folders, but nothing in them.  Did I not create a proper pathway? I have recently bought the scene optimizer and it appears the only way to access it is through the cotent tab.  Any help is appriciated, thank you!

Can you give the full path to a file that isn't showing in Content Library?  Does it actually work from the Smart Content tab?  How do you install content?

Here is the photo of pathways from both the Daz installer and Daz3d.  my Smart content tab is functioning.  I installed the content through DIM.
