Lost Crossbow

Freebie Crossbow did not show up in my product list, and it won't let me add it again to my cart.
Its so frustrating when things just don't work here. Can you tell me why I can't get access to this file?

    Do a Login as you were not really logged in. Now add any other item to your cart it should now show Both items in your cart. Now remove the un-needed second item. You must have a Full Store Login to use the cart or this happens.

    EDIT: If you mean it let you purchase it but it is not in your Products Library you may need to give the server time to add it to your account. Try it again and let me know.

    I am logged in and even updating the product page now, there is no record of it. Even did a search in case it didn't list by date somehow. Just how long is one supposed to wait for a product to show up in one's account now?

    Not sure what happened if it went through the Bought stage but is not in your Products Library. My copy was in it within a few mins.
    It did show as bought and you got a Email Order Confirmation I'm guessing. If you did you will need to send a Support ticket to Sales. Only they could fix a error such as this.

    I just 'bought' this item a few minutes ago.

    It was in my My Account > Product Library by the time I navigated to the page. I don't know what has happened in your case, sorry.

    Did you get an Order Confirmation?

    No email confirmation, only a no show in products, and a note saying I can only have one such item in my cart.
    Was sure that it also flashed a note saying it was 100% free and zero balance now in my cart.

    Try this please.

    Make certain that you are logged in to the Store, it should say 'Log Out' at the top right corner.
    Load another item into your cart, any item, and see if the Crossbow shows up. If not, try adding it again, then remove the first item that you added.

    It's all I can think of for the moment.

    You need to do my first post as I thought. You must still BUY it even at Zero cost or it will not go in your Products as I said Add another item to force the item to Show and them remove the extra item. Then BUY the free item to get it.
