[Solved] PW customizable pirate ship - missing content

Is there something missing with that product? DIM Download tells me only 3 of 4 parts are available. Manual download tells the same. File 1 of 4 is missing.

edit: added the link to product page 

2nd Edit: Now installed and not working or being seen in Products - so the first Part of it is missing in downloads.

    Have you tried installing through Connect (Daz Studio Install pane), assuming your system is allowed on-line?

    It does not appear in smart content. And in the description to manual download there is also just 3 of 4 downloadable parts available..

    I can't see that page as I haven't (yet) purchased.

    Since this is now confirmed by others, rather than a possible one-off account glitch, I will report it.

    The misding part (part 1 ) is now available for download and the model works correctly. I used manual download.
