Can someone point me in the direction for info on magnets and how to use them?

I recently became aware about magnets when I saw a pic in the gallery and the artist had manipulated a bed or something like that to simulate weight in that area. One of the comments mentioned magnets and piqued my interest. I have been wondering how to do something similar.

I know there are magnets for clothing too. If it is relevant please include in this discussion.

Magnets are Poser only But DAZ Studio has Deformers, the very same thing just a different name. Here is a quick Tutorial on Deformer use..
