Install Manager Login issue

Not used DS for about 2 years.  Trying to do a fresh install on my new PC.  Logged into my DAZ account and downloaded IM.  Installs fine but when I try to login, keep getting "email or password incorrect, please verify.".... tried changing password...still not working...opened a ticket in Help over a week ago with no reply.
