Installed Files - Missing.

I have two specific files that refuse to show up even in the library content.
* Fantasy Assassins For V4
* Fantasy Collar Set for Genesis 1 & 2 Female(s)

When I enter "Fantasy Collar Set for Genesis" the Fantasy Collar Set for Genesis 1 & 2 Female(s) only shows in the search box, indicating that the product is there. I click on that suggested text and get only the Male collar sets and nothing more.

as for the "Fantasy Assassins For V4 product" - nothing shows in the search bar remotely indicating its there.
The Daz Install Manager clearly shows it is indeed installed, yet does not show up in DAZ itself. I have all the DAZ updates, and I believe the database files are not corrupt, so how am I to find these products? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    The fantasy Collar set is installed to

    Content Library > DAZ Studio Formats > My DAZ 3D Library > People > Genesis > Clothing > Fantasy Collar. The Genesis 2 Female one is installed in the same way, Genesis 2 instead of Genesis in the above path.

    The Fantasy Assassins for V4 is in Poser format, and there are items in the Figures, Poses and Props folder in the Content Library > Poser Formats > Figures (/Poses/Props).

    If you installed with DIM, it is a simple matter to find out where they were installed to. Go to the Installed tab, select the item, right click, and from the drop down menu, select 'Show Installed Files' . That will tell you what folders everything has been installed to. Igoneore any that begin '/data' as they are not seen inside DAZ Studio in the content panes.

    The issue is the Installed content is not named Fantasy Assassin but a different file name. Search only finds the content by the real names used in the Database for the files.

    EDIT: Just Checked the Files are FAssassins and that does pull it all up with a search.

    Thanks. Oddly I did the search for "FAassassins" in both Smart Content and Library - and I get nothing showing at all.
    But - I looked at the author's name, went to Library Content and manually went to;
    Poser Formats / My DAZ Library / Figures / dx30 / FAassassins

    I found it - however a new problem has emerged - the Materials are not showing. Gold or silver or whatever is included with the outfit.
    how do I find and apply the materials? Wow - I would have thought the process would have been easier than this. Its a shame it doesnt show in my search - Im wondering how many other goodies I wont be able to find without researching for individual pieces. I did find the female slave collars, I was a bit confused - it was there all along.

    If you can help me figure out how to find and apply the materials to the Fantasy Assassins outfit that would be cool. I tried the Smart Content pane when clicking on the outfit pieces to no avail. Thanks for your help - it means a lot.

    Okay in the image below I show the Fantasy Assassins for V4 set installed by DIM. There is NO check mark by the name that means there is NO Smart function for the files, they ONLY work like the old content before Smart content was added to DAZ Studio 4+. That means use the Content Library Tab to find the content, and more often than not the Poser Format folders. For the Textures look in Poser Fromats>Poses believe it or not.

    THANK YOU! I haven't tried it out yet, but see no reason to expect a problem (knock on wood). Being new to this stuff (only found it last year) I had no clue. I'm used to the Smart Content stuff. I'll give this a go and if i have a problem I'll holler. I hope the head folks at DAZ put together something to educate the newbs on the older not so smart content - LOL. It would really be awesome if they came up with a means to convert the older stuff to Smart Content.

    They are doing so as time allows. Its the Metadata files that make things Smart. DAZ 3D is updating the older content steadily but there is lots of content to do so its taking time.

    To be clear Smart Content is not smart at all, it is just a tagged file display system. If content is not tagged correctly, completely or at all than Smart Content is as dumb as a brick.
