M4 Skeleton problem/question
Hello
I'm new to DAZ3D and I've just purchased M4 Skeleton to experiment with. I was surprised when after loading the skeleton in DAZ I got the model with some kind of red hexagonal stuff/nodes around (see attachment preview). And it even renders along with them. I'm really upset for spending my money but anyone can tell me how to take a rid of them? If I select one of them and delete them, it deletes the entire figure. I'll be grateful for help.

You should have a utility pose that turns them off.
I'm newbie, I don't know what's utility pose, so please explain. I have a lot of content like M4, V3, Genesis etc. But I guess you don't speak about that.
I have something in Poses & Animate > Presets > Utilities > rtinvisible.ds - if it's this but it makes my entire skeleton invisible.
The readme says
It is easier in Poser, which I use, sorry.
I have a pose that says "transparent helpers.

Sorry but it's hardly helpful :(
In poses for Skeleton I have only: M4 Conform Pose. Nothing more.
Got it, I had to change the opacity of the Surface, not tinkering with pose utilities.
You will need to select the helpers, each in turn, then turn the Opacity setting to 0% in the surface tab.
Hope that helps,
Barry.
Well now, that was interesting timing haha!
Glad you figured it out.
Hint!
Always use DIM when you cant fins things.

@nellis
You must be loading this item from 'Figures' in your Poser Formats area?
You need to go to the Pose folder, and find a PZ2 file called 'Transparent Helpers.PZ2', double click on that and they will disappear.
There is another one there too called 'Opaque Helpers.PZ2' to turn them back on again. I don't have the M4 ones, but I do have the earlier M3 one, and that is how it works.
EDIT:
Wow - what a flurry of answers!
I see I was right all the same, M3 is the same as M4, thanks Totte :)
Basically, this is not an item with Smart Content, you need to go to the Content Library Panel, not the Smart Content Panel.
you need to go to poser content
then to pose
then to !DAZ's Skeleton
and you will find all the poses
Thanks Neil
Thanks mate :) Yeah, it's been just almost at the same time ;)
Thanks guys, figured it out. Too many files and locations at the same time ;) But yeah I'm home now :)
