Strange skin glitch (iRay)

I`m having a very strange glitch with one of my characters, as shown in the attached pictures. What could it be? She has several tattoos, could it be that? I never had this one before, so I'm kinda lost here. Would appreciate some help.

If the tatoos are added to a geometry shell and the character moved far from the world origin that could be the problems
