Genesis 3 Female Teeth Funky

It seems that my Genesis 3 female teeth are generally irregular and jagged. I can generally fix it by taking the mouth realism to a negative value and playing with the irregular teeth morph. So I do not use the navel morph or the mouth realism morph except as previously stated. 
Anyone know a better way around this problem?

I suppose some other morph is causing this ........ It's probably a morph I use often since I have this problem often. I'll try backing off other morphs and see if this problem improves.
