A way to defang d-Force?

I've asked this question before, but never got a helpful answer. Is there a way to "de-Dforce" a product, such as a hair, so that it can be used in a legacy version of DS4? I cannot use Dforce in 4.9 and I can't upgrade because 4.12 won't work on my current Mac OS.

dForce hair is dynamically generated by the dForce hair engine, so it won't work in versions of DS without that engine. I believe it's possible to export the hair as an obj and re-import it as a mesh, but even if that's possible, you'd still need to have a version of DS with the dForce hair engine to load it in the first place.
