I've had the software on my computer for about a year, but never used it. Now, when I would like to, I can't get it to open!

    By "the software," are you referring to DAZ Studio? If you installed it a year ago, I highly recommend upgrading to the latest version now, as there have been a lot of improvements since then. It will also make it easier for others to help you if you're working with the most recent version.

    Have you looked at the system requirements?
