Daz Studio Closes When I Try To Sign In

The program closes when I input my user name and password. Anyone know how I can fix this? My user name and password is correct and I already jumped through all the hoops Daz has suggested.

I'm having the same issue with Studio and DIM, I sent my error log to support over a week ago but no reply. I have a brand new laptop running windos 10 64 bit. I wonder how many other people are having the same problem. I guess support has been reduce due to covid which is why i've waited so long for a reply.

Same here. Sent error log last week.

I've noticed that Daz studio is install in this  directory C:\Daz 3D\Applications\64-bit\DAZ 3D\DAZStudio4

instead of this directory C:/Program Files/DAZ 3D/DAZStudio4 on my laptop. Could this be the problem?

That shouldn't happen, though I don't think it would break anything. How are you installing?

I installed it from DazCentral. I'm in the process of uninstalling it via DazCentral. I think there is a way of changing the path in DazCentral. I'm not tech savvy.
