Pose controls taking a VERY long time to edit.

Hello all,
I've noticed recently that when I attempt to change poses or morphs on a model, Daz is taking an extremely long time to make even the smallest of changes. Sometimes up to a minute. This wasn't a problem before, and I suspect it may have something to do with what morphs/poses I have installed slowing it down. That said, I'm unsure of what to do about this as the poses/morphs I have are ones that I find very useful.
Do I have any options aside from deleting my poses/morphs?

Do you have Auto Face Enhancer installed?
Hi, Sevrin. Yes, I do have it installed.
I did have it installed and recently went on a manual deleting spree of many utilities/morphs/poses I don't use, just temporarily to see if it would help. There is still a distinct, long load time when changing pose/morphs.
