Why is this happening

I apologize if this is in the wrong section- I've never posted in the forums before. 

I'm just... trying to figure out why this is happening to my figure's rigging? I just got a new hard drive installed so I had to redownload Daz and everything. All of my old files are backed up on an external and I can still load those up fine in the program (I didn't copy over all my files because it'd take forever and I was having glacial load times from "duplicate file(s) found" for both my G8 Female and Males. I think something happened during the conversions from G3 to G8 that caused it and I couldn't find the original source of files to delete so I figured I'd start new).

Now, this is happening. Can anyone tell me if it's a missing file or if I just need to reinstall everything (again)? Thanks in advance for your help!
