Black Eye-Reflection

Yesterday I ran into the strange problem that the eye-reflection of one of my Victoria 4 characters created a black reflection instead of what you usually would expect (see screen at the bottom) even though it showed a "regular" eye reflection effect inside daz studio. I already checked that this wasn't due to any strange light settings I may have used so I am wondering if anyone ever experienced something similar and if so whether he also found a way to fix this.

It would already help though if someone could tell me which settings/surfaces are changed when applying an eye reflection because when I tried to figure this out I couldn't notice any changes at all in the material editor tabs.

Best regards,

Found the problem myself now. It seems common to realize the eye reflection through an opacity map for the Cornea. When that opacity is applied the diffuse color (of the Cornea) is responsible for the color of the "reflection" and in my case it was set to black*. Setting it to white solved the issue.

*The reason this surprised me was that in this case diffuse strength was set to 0%!
