Text on a sphere with Layered Image Editor not displaying while rendered

Dear Community

I am desesperate with a simple task in Daz 3D 4.12, just trying to apply text to a red sphere surface with a layered image (.tif file with text and transparency), even if the layered image is put on translucency color, as soon as I render with Iray the whole thing disappears and gets black (see attached image). The text shows perfectly if not rendered. What am I doing wrong???

As I mentioned in the other place you've posted this question, the sphere appears to be reflecting the Dome.

Thanks Catherine, I found the problem... I was using a .tif for the LIE with black text and transparent background. I changed to a .jpg with black text and white background, now the text displays properly.
