Reyna Hair question

Hello - 

 

I just purchased Reyna Hair, and I am having some trouble with something. In the promo images, there are several in which the hair in the back is sort of up, or at least isn't hanging down the neck and back (see the attached image). How is that acheived? I've tried all the morphs, I've tried opacity settings, I've tried everything I can think of. Can anyone help?

Use Reyna 50 Pose 10 in the Shaping section.
