Custom Groups in Smart Content

Hi Everyone!

Hope you are all staying safe.

I use Smart Content exclusively, and rarely feel the need to use the Content Library. In the documentaion for Advanced Filtering it mentions custom groups, presumably that would add my groups to Group Product As -> New or None

How do i create these groups?
