Controlling Morphs on G8M as well as a fitted mask with one morph slider?

I have created an ear moprh for G8M and a morph on the fitted mask to work with the ear morp on G8M. 

Is there any way to have a single morph slider on the mask controlling the morph on the mask as well as the morph on G8M?

Is it possible to save something like a shape present that applies to both morph?
